REFUND POLICY

OUR POLICY LASTS 14 DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS. IF 14 DAYS HAVE GONE BY SINCE THE DELIVERY OF SHOES, UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT OFFER YOU A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT (SALE MERCHANDISE INCLUDED!). IT MUST ALSO BE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

WE WILL ALSO DO OUR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE EXCHANGES, BUT PLEASE KNOW IN ADVANCE THAT WE MAY NOT HAVE YOUR SIZE/STYLE.  PLEASE NOTE, THE COST OF SHIPPING WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
