FRĒDA DOES AUSTIN

One of the things we love the most about our community is being able to meet you IRL and get inspired by the places you live. We recently launched our Summer Collection which is heavy on Western styles and thought there would be no better place to debut than Austin, Texas.

Here's what we did in the 72 hours we were there!

WHERE WE EXPLORED

MAUFRAIS

The most beautifully curated hats, hat accoutrements, flowers and other curiosities. A don't miss it on South Congress.

BY GEORGE

A staple for closet inspiration. We ended up spending more of our time in the men's section because of their colorful and whimsy Bode collection.

WOOD + ROSE

We couldn't wait to stop by this store and meet the founder Wendy Vaughan; first because she carries FRĒDA, but also because she has the coolest eye curating the brands we know and love in a funky way.

TOM JEAN WEBB STUDIO

Artist and friend Tim Jean Webb was kind enough to open his studio to us so we could catch up, see his latest work, and meet his wife :) Getting an inside look at someone's creative space is always a favorite. Follow Tom on IG to stay in tune with his upcoming shows.

STAG PROVISIONS FOR MEN

From the Willie Nelson mural outside to the most interesting curation of pretty much anything you'd want, Stag Provisions For Men was one of our favorite stops.

IMOGENE + WILLIE

We have been following this brand on social for years, so it was fun to experience IRL. It did not disappoint. The store felt like a home and housed the coolest assortment of tees, the perfect drawstring denim pants and more.

WHERE WE ATE + DRANK

LA PISCINA

Visting Austin Proper Hotel and eating at La Piscina is a must. The design was breathtaking; we soaked in (and photographed) every detail.

TWO HANDS

Breakfast (and coffee) on South Congress. We sat inside but they also have a coffee window that has incredible breakfast tacos. They arrive at 8am and sell out quickly!

HOTEL SAN JOSE

Frosé all day in the courtyard lounge was the perfect happy hour.

JO'S COFFEE

This Austin icon doesn't disappoint and we got our obligatory shots in front of the "I love you so much" wall :)

LOLO'S WINE BAR

The coolest wine bar. We sat inside a bit and learned about so many great wines and then relaxed outside in their huge outdoor garden.

FRESA'S

Right around the corner from our Airbnb and so good. We took a Ranch Rider roadie and walked over for our last night in Austin.

ABA

Such good Mediterranean food. We didn't make a res, so had to wait a bit, but the bar outside and cocktails were amazing.

Stay tuned for coverage of our private event at Claire Zinnecker's dreamy farmhouse!
